Renovating our first home

Hello,

Me and my wife have been together for 10 years and got married in summer 2017. We recently bought our first home - an old house that needs renovation. We want to make this our dream house where we could raise our children and have a safe home for our family. That's why we need Your help.

Brief house introduction: The previous owners built the house for themselves in the early 50's. Since then they have lived there and raised two generations of kids. It is a 1,5 Floor house made out of wooden beams. The roof is made out of stone, but ~60 years of unconstant weather conditions has left a mark. It is leaking in several places and needs to be replaced in full. Piping and electrical wiring has been changed in the beginning of 2000's, but need also a full replacement. The piping can still handle probably up to 5 years of labor, but the electrical wiring needs to be replaced ASAP due to fire hazard. We would like to do everything with our own hands, but the money is tight and that's where we need the help of other people. Please help us build a beautiful and safe home to raise our children.
