Renovation of my 82y/o Grandma’s home

My Grandma's house is all worn out, the room doesn' have a ceiling that it's hot during summer and cold when it's rainy season, the roof is all rusted and bent, holes here and there, leaks whenever there's rain, the old ply wood ceiling is starting to get peeled, door and windows frame are broken due to termites, the bedroom has no tiles or flooring.

I'm currently living with and taking care of her, and is only relying from the pension we got from my grandfather's death and a few money my mother sends us, I wish I can find a work but my body is on the weak side that's why I can't really do hard labor, it's hard to keep up, but atleast we have enough to feed oirselves twice a day, tho, there are times where we have to lend money from the kind neighbor sometimes because of her medication and when she needs to go to the hospital to get checked and when there's an emergency.

I really want to fill her wish to repair our home but I simply couldn't do it myself as jobs here pays low (8~10$ for 12 hours or more of manual labor for a day), and because of my weak body, I can't keep up with the kind of work on a daily basis, and here I am, wanting to grant my 82y/o Grandma's wish to atleast fix the broken parts of our house, it's my only wish for her and I wish I can fulfill it while she is still strong.
