Hello! My name's Lukas and I'm a young student who just wants to live like everybody else.

Like the title says, this gofundme is all dedicated to my apartment renovation. It is one of the old apartments left over during Soviet Union times.

Now I never did ask for this apartment, was planning to go seek for my dreams and educate myself in other countries... but an accident happened. My mom passed away and thus this apartment is now mine, I share it with my brother, but we've discussed that I will take full responsibility for this apartment.

I live with my grandparents, who help pay all the bills and food, since I am still a student and finding a job with my profession has been quite hard and finding ANY job is even harder due to me having a disability that disallows me to work certain jobs.

I'd sell this apartment, but it is not worth it. Renovating and making it look modern as possible is the best choice. It is a bit too big for three people to live in it, but in the future, I got plans for renting it out to other students since it is very close to a university.

For now, this money would go towards new walls and new floor in my room, my work room and the living room. Later, if I get a job, I'd try and renovate my grandparents room and the kitchen.

My rooms are more important due to it having a lot of mold infestation and can't live normally without having any problems with my nose breathing that stuff.

Anyways, thanks for hearing out my story!
