Cuiling's house renovation dates has been confirmed. We will start work on 12th July and end by 23rd July 2022 . Dear friends,

We are Caleb and Rachael from Smart Click Services Pte Ltd, a renovation and construction company. We are not NGO or a charity organization. We are here to reach out for your support and help to these underprivileged families. It came to our attention that this family need help, support and a home makeover.

We got to know them through a friend who is voluntarily helping disabled people. We have gone to their home and seen the unfortunate living conditions; thus, we would like to help what we can.

The following is a glimpse of the family's situations.

Cuiling:

Cuiling is a 29-year-old girl with intellectual disabilities. She is also the sole caregiver of her disabled father.

Her mother passed away from cancer years ago. They survive on her monthly salary of $300.

Her house is in terrible condition. Cuiling has a mid-mild level of intellectual disability, diabetes and severe skin issues.

How will the funds be used?

To make Cuiling's home safer and more accessible, we will need $22,500. This will go towards:

1. Disposal of existing old furniture.
2. Vinyl flooring, rewiring & installation of fans/ lightings & painting/plastering of the whole house
3. Customize kitchen cabinet wardrobe/cupboard & sink/tap.
4. Providing fridge, TV, TV console, furniture and washing machine.
5. Changing toilet pipes, toilet bowls, sink/tap and toilet doors
6. Windows and window frame & general cleaning after renovation.
7. Lodging. (we’ll be placing them in a hotel for when the day we do renovation)

Bobby:

Bobby has a physical disability and severe hygiene issues, he is also undergoing counselling and is very determined to change things for himself. He is all alone and he is going through a difficult time at work for the last 2 years. His income also dropped from S$ 1100 to just $400 income per month and he has no off days.

$2,500 will be used to help Bobby. The fund raised will go towards:

Painting services,

buy him simple furniture like a TV console,

simple cupboard/wardrobe,

washing machine,

repair sink tap,

mattress & pillow

cleaning up the place.

We will also be sourcing furniture and appliance in kind to make their homes a better place.
