Remodeling for rooms

Hello to everyone. 

I want say thank you for looking at this project. I am a new owner of a small motel in Arizona,USA  the motel was build in 1938, my family and I are trying our best to remodel as much as we can. We are cleaning rooms and managing the motel 24/7, so we are saving as much we can so we can invest back into the motel. But it needs a major remodeling that consist of completely bathrooms for all 18 rooms, a good curve appeal with good signage, concrete pavment, and good landscaping.

There are several hotels and motels in town but there are charging way to much to their regular customer and people that are travelling by, for the amount they are charging there is no value.  Our goal is to provide good value for the money spent, something more than what they(guest) have paid for it we are already doing it as much as we can, recently we have painted all the rooms ourselves and changed carpets in the rooms. But to remodel a bathroom, thats out of our hands and knowledge so we need some funding to remodels those rooms and the structure of the motel. Please donate as much as you can, and as I get funding, I will post the pictures of what is happening at the motel.
