Campaign Story
To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, our dear beloved mother , grandmother & best-friend Encarnacion Cruz-Diaz of 99 years old “Connie” passed away yesterday September 24th. Dolores (Daughter), Mike, (Dad), Connie, Tina, Robert, and Greg were with her when she passed, but were beyond heartbroken, along with all her grandchildren, great- grandchildren, & great great-grandchildren.
Grandma wished to have a celebration of her life where she’d want everyone to be happy she’s no longer suffering.
We have already had several requests asking how to help, I thought this was the best way to extend!
As you are all aware, due to my grandmothers progressing illness expenses in all areas weighed heavy on the heart. Extensive traveling expenses occurred that was required to get my grandmother from Puerto Rico to Missouri. Continuous care was evident , where my mother was her full-time carer.
Burial, Monumental, and Floral, etc.are being arranged but the remaining is why I reached out on behalf of our beloved family. It has created a huge financial strain of course, but not one I believe we all can’t do something, with the help. If we definitely had the support of FAMILY, Friends & the community.

I am truly bless for all the support and love that my family and friends have given me, during this time when I have devoted my life to care for my beautiful and loving mother. Words cannot begin to Express my gratitude to everyone.

Thank you all for the generous contributions and beautiful thoughts and prayers. The support is wonderful it helps seeing how much others loved or even enjoyed Grandmas presence. Whether you know her personally or not a lot experienced her beautiful soul and personality through her pictures, video, social media and most of all her family. We love you all.

Dee you are in my thoughts and prayers. God has seen what a wonderful daughter you are to your dear momma. All the love and care you have given her in your home these last few years made such a difference in her life. Inlew of flowers we are donating to help. Our prayers go out to you Dee and your family. I have had the privilege to have met Grandma. She was a beautiful lady with a great sense of humor. I appreciate that she loved my son Robert aka the mailman as one of her own and opened her heart to him. May she rest in peace.🙏🙏💞

My condolences on the loss of Aunt Connie. She was a wonderful and caring person and a terrific lady. I will always remember her beautiful personality, wit and laughter. Aunt Connie brought so much love and happiness into all of our lives. May she rest in peace in the arms of our Lord. She is now at peace with her brothers and sisters, mother and father. God bless.
