Relief for Sasha

I am Sasha-Kay Osbourne and i have severe endometriosis covering my chest wall, my colon and my reproductive organs. As a result of this i suffer from acute ascites and massive plural effusions. There is a massive plural effusion in the right chest cavilty and a small effusion in the base of the left. I am in constant pain and unable to move about due to severe shortness of breath. I need to do a laparotomy to remove the endo deposits from the abdomen and will possibly need a bowel reconstruction depending on the extent of the damage to the colon. I also need to do a plurectomy to remove the plura from the chest wall to seal the space where the endo is growing and the fluid accumulating. I am pleading with you for your kind assistance. I have no family to turn to and i really really need to do these surgeries or it could be fatal. As it is i have a hard time breathing. Please i am begging you
