Relief for my parents

My name is Carlos and I've opened this donation page to help fund renovations for my parents home. They both have worked really hard their whole lives and now they have come across a situation. My mom has recently lost her source of income and my dad's job is not enough to sustain their mortgage. We have plans to rent out their single family home so that my parents can move to an apartment that they can afford, but their house is not in good conditions to allow them to do so.

The money will be used for:

• A new roof - water leaks in when it rains
• Repair water damage - new sheet rock, paint, mold
• Half bathroom is unfinished - no walls,toilet, sink, or flooring
• Full bath needs minor repairs
• Kitchen needs cabinet repairs due to age and water damage. Kitchen countertop (leakage of water from the sink, down to the cabinet drawers. Appliance in the kitchen (oven installed hasn't worked in over 5 years)
• Boiler broke down about 4 weeks ago- they've been dealing with no hot water since then
• basement needs sheetrock

They live in New Jersey and it's myself with two other siblings that are looking to help them. We are all married now and with kids so it is difficult for us to come up with this amount in such short notice. This is why I have reached out to this community of people who are willing to help. Anything is appreciated and we are so grateful for your help with this project.
