Relief for Aspen who was rescued from abuser

Aspen was given to me by someone who messaged me thru facebook and said she was a rescue and needed someone to take a German Shepard. Being as I work with that breed I said yes. Come to find out the next day MELISSA KAYE FITTERER has been arrested many times on animal abuse and neglect charges! She still has Aspen's puppies plus more puppies and dogs now that are sick!

Aspen has liver damage, heartworms, an infection in her belly and more. We are asking for 1000 to treat all of this and that will include her spaying, shots and worming. The vet bill is almost 800 now and that includes her heartworms treatment but not unexpected expenses or spaying, shots and worming.

Aspen couldn't even walk and wouldn't look at us 3 days ago. After the IV fluids I have given her and the meds the vet sent home she now walks around, wags her tail and even comes up to us and is trusting us. But we have a long way to go yet!

Please help us with Aspen. She is only a year to two years old

and is so sweet! She deserves a chance at life.
