I was signed with a music label in LA and started to record my project. Being a country music singer, there was not much of a market for me in LA. After some different views on how the project should go, the label and myself decided to part ways. My heart is in music and I cannot just give up on this project. I decided that to make this work, I am going to have to do it on my own. I have a producer, studio, band, and songwriters lined up. Everything is ready to go and record, I just need the funds to pay for the studio time, and pay the band for their time. When it all gets broken down, it comes out to $8,000 that I will need to finish this project. This is not one of those projects that is only an idea written down on paper. It is actually coming true and everything is in place.
The risks and challenges that I could face are nothing that cannot be overcome. Potentially I could get sick and not be able to record for a week. In that event, I can always record as soon as my voice is back. Once the project is funded, the band will be to do their part. These musicians are not your average local garage band musicians. Every one of the musicians on the project are Nashville Musicians with numerous credits to their name. I have 100% faith in these guys.
