Campaign Story
We are raising money for Asghar Mehrzada whose application to UK Home Office as an Asylum Seeker has been rejected and he has been detained and sent to Colnbrook Immigration Removal Centre. His solicitor Evan Remedios from RLegal Solicitors is preparing his application to release him for bail. The court hearing date is on 18th of June and in order to release him for Bail we have to deposit to UK Government around £5000. He made an application based on his sexual orientation as a transgender women. He is from Iran. If he gets deported to Iran he might get arrested at airport and tortured or sentenced to prison. He has been living in UK since 2004. He doesn't have close family members in Iran. Help Asghar Mehrzada to stay in UK where he will not be discriminated for his sexual orientation. Thank you !!!
