Do you remember the teacher who helped you see yourself, the world or even math differently? Have you experienced a nurse or other medical staff member who cared for your family’s needs like they were caring for their own family? Have you ever stopped to wonder "Who is caring for the people who care for me?"
WHAT IS "KEEPING BALANCED COACHING?"
Our practice supports those in the Helping Professions (Educators, Counselors, Therapists, Social Workers and those in the medical field) by helping them to “Reignite Their Light.” We focus on 8 Areas of Wellness and connect our clients to those in our WIN - Wellness Incentive Network. Our Career & Wellness Coaches are Adult Educators & Career Practitioners as well as certified coaches through the Academy of Creative Coaching.
BECOME A CO-BUILDER!
We are seeking to build our "Mustard Seed Fund" in order to help with early operation costs for our practice. Your donations will support our three main areas of service:
1. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
2. LUNCH-IN LEARNING SERIES
3. WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP RESOURCE GROUPS (LRG's)
UPDATE: We are accepting virtual appointments as of November 1st and our physical doors opened in Carlsbad, CA on November 12th, during the height of a stressful season for our clients. Help us give our helping professionals the support they need, so they can continue to be in your corner when you need them most!
