To be able to assume each day and everywhere my values

Today, among my pipeline of values, I choose a key value in my eyes: equality.

Very often and, quite simply, "TO ACT" is the solution.

It is, therefore, with this in mind that I implement equality of access to the law

through independent mediation.

To strengthen my action, I selected two certifications:

• The first one,

"accredited mediation course", recognized by "the Australian Mediation

Association - AMA", and taught by "the Mediation Training Academy",

permits, in one month, to be a certified mediator and to practice immediately

with quality and efficiency, thanks to a practice-based curriculum, nationally

and internationally.

• The second one,

"MA in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding", recognized by the

professionals in the field as one of the best trainings in the United States (the

professors are genuine practicing of mediation and founding-fathers of the

temple of mediation in the United States), is taught by the Dominguez Hills

University (CSUDH).

This certification, for its part, permits to be accredited and is complementary to the first one.

By your fraternal assistance, rehabilitate our values with me,

1- in backing

• my first certification "accredited mediation course" at US $6000 level, to

cover the whole costs (the training itself, the books, shipment, etc. ...)

before the 26^th September 2023.

And,

• my second certification, « MA in Negotiation, conflict resolution and

peacebuilding » at US $19000 level to cover the whole costs (the training itself,

the IELTS, the GRE, the resume, the transcript translation, new computer,

shipment, etc. ...) before the 26^th September 2023.

Various options of donation amount can be chosen to reach the goal :

5000 people donate $5, 12500 people donate $2 , 2500 people donate $10, you can give more if you want

(Please, have been estimated the platform fees, the bank transfer fees and conversions, etc. )

And,

2- in matching yourself, as an ambassador of our values , your network

(Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter…) , your event (podcast, webinar), or your fundraiser

to my crowdfunding page.

This will permit you finally to erase

*the barrier of

1- a complex process

2- litigation lawsuit costs

3- the time necessary for the Court to process

* the risk of

4- a possible cost of prejudice damages

5- a loss of business relationship

*the lack of

6- confidentiality even behind closed doors

and

7- to open the door to a genuine independent mediation, allowing a real decision, yours.
