Dear Shabir,
Greetings from Asia Plateau, Panchgani. Thank you for your application to attend the 23rd Asia Pacific Youth Conference.
We are happy to confirm your participation in the conference and look forward to seeing you in Panchgani in December/January.

The conference contribution for Indian passport holders is ₹14,000 and for Non-Indian passport holders is US $240. You can make this contribution in cash when you arrive for the conference. In case you want to make this contribution in advance by bank transfer, please send an email to us at [email protected] and we will share information on how you can do that.
If you have requested a visa letter, please be advised that we have sent the required details to the Ministry of Home Affairs and we are waiting for their final confirmation before we can send out visa letters. We will be in contact as soon as this confirmation is received.
