Refugee Support – First Aid & Care Team

WHO ARE WE?

We are a voluntary team of UK based Medics, Nurses, Paramedics, Health Professionals, & Support Staff providing essential first aid and care to the refugees living both in the 'Jungle' and smaller camps in Calais.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

We are currently one of the only first aid care teams on the ground in The Jungle in Calais, providing first aid and emotional support to refugees.

From 3 first aid & 1 dental caravans we work with limited resources, and a constant queue of patients with coughs, colds, cuts, bruises, sprains, scabies etc alongside a need for our team to walk the camp to find the vulnerable and the sick.

We visit the smaller refugee camps In Northern France with emergency first aid and dental care at weekends, and are now also sending members out to Greece to provide emergency care in Lesvos.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

Your donations will be used to replenish medical supplies, maintain our facilities, and cover vital costs to help sustain our service.
