Refugee stranded in Hong Kong

I I flee my home country to save my life from being tortured in 2005 as I was a eyewitness of a political murder, I am living in Hong Kong since 2005, since my arrival in 2005. It is being 10 years.  And my case is not assessed and I'm not allowed to work, not enough food and allowance to survive, no basic needs are met. Now I'm suffering from adjustment disorder which I'm receiving treatment from a psychiatric because of my situation here in Hong Kong. I want to immigrate to Canada as a refugee,.  I reached many churches to get a private sponsorship to immigrate to Canada as a refugee, but no positive response was received. No organisation to help me. I flee my home country  when I was 19, now I'm 29. Never work in my life. Please help me to raise funds to immigrate to Canada as a self sponsored refugee.
