Reducing period poverty

Many of us ladies around the world are so privileged and dont even realize it. By the end of each month, we have various options of sanitary products to choose from because we can afford it, but that's not the case with majority of zambian girls living in rural areas. on average, a packet of sanitary pads cost about a dollar but it is very unfortunate and disheartening that these girls cannot afford them so they result to using unhealthy and unhygienic tools to Carter for their menstrual hygiene needs.

over the past years I have managed , within my means to donate a pad or two to one girl or the other in my community but that is not enough, to help just one girl when alot more are in need . That is the purpose of this fundraiser to provide me with support to go beyond and buy atleast 50 girls a packet of sanitary pads each month because every girl child has the right to one.
