I am Redentor Cortez, 39 years old. Last November 2018, I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 which is the end stage for renal disease. Ever since I was diagnosed, I've been searching long and hard to fight this dreadful disease. Next year, I think I found a great one. This is to undergo a kidney transplant operation to regain my health and energy. Also, to live again like a normal person and to continue working for my family.
