Taylor Hammond is a tender hearted10-year-old living in Las Vegas with his adopted parents and five siblings. He has been fighting cancer for 4 years. Each time it seemed that Taylor had finally beaten cancer, it returned more aggressively than before. Unfortunately, the most recent prognosis is the most grim of all: Taylor's leukemia has returned yet again, but this time, the doctors deem it to be terminal. And yet, Taylor refuses to let that stop him from living and loving life. Having been a huge fan of the boxing world his whole life, Taylor wished more than anything to be able to "meet and beat" Floyd Mayweather; and while the pound-for-pound undefeated champion doesn't plan to ever lose, even to a terminally ill 10-year-old, Mayweather is eagerly joining this young soldier in his fight for life. As you can see in the above clip, Taylor is a walking, talking testament of strength, perseverance, and inspiration. After some research and learning more about his current status, we find Taylor to be fighting harder than ever... he has days where he seems to be making strides and has an upbeat, positive outlook and mood - but there are also more than a few days where Taylor's cancer keeps him physically and mentally unable to thrive or even remain active.

Being one of six adopted children Taylor's parents are in dire need of financial assistance. Taylor's cancer requires extreme medical care, time, along with huge monetary costs. His family has been living on very tightly budgeted, low income lifestyle.
