RECOVERY FROM FRAUD

Thank you everyone for reading this and responding.  Any amount you can donate will be appreciated more than I can say.

I discovered yesterday that my personal information had been used to set up a merchant account which was used to process stolen and fake Visa and Master Cards.  This happened within a matter of five days.  The amount taken out of my bank account was $14,596.00, which I have no way of paying back, as I have very limited income.  A fraud report has been given to the police, but they are not holding out much hope of recovery of any of this amount.

In the meantime, my bank is investigating, but are holding me responsible for this amount until they can prove this was fraud.  However, they do not hold out much hope either as the people who did this are overseas and there is little chance of recovery of any kind.

I prayed all night long for an answer to this dilemna, and found this site this morning.  I am praying there are some generous people in this world who will help me recover from this disaster so that I can get back on my feet and move forward.

Any amount received over the requested amount will be donated to a women's shelter.
