Recovering grandpa’s house

My grandpa died 12 years ago he was my inspiration and I studied to be an Engineer thanks to him, we he past away he inherited on his will a house to his daughters (my mom included) but unfortunately we got scammed two times, once by a stranger who robbed us the money to buy a car and now we have a loan to a car that we don't have and once by the family leaving my mom without her proportional part of what my grandpa left to her.

Now my grandpa's house was left alone and on terrible conditions and we don't have the possibility to get a loan to pay for the house due to the other issue, my grandpa was a very important figure to my family, he teach me everything about working with tools, repairing stuff and to be a handy man.

I was a part of the boy scout since I was little and my grandpa offered his house as a club house for the group, I promised to him that someday I would buy his house and would allow the boy scouts to have their activities there, now my daughter is about the age of being part of that and I will work to recover not only the house that is part of the family's legacy, but a place where she might have here friends grow together and someday make the world a better place.
