Recovering From Medical Issues

  Last year my husband was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. During his hospital stay, he developed a massive blood clot in his leg. He was hospitalized for 3 months and was out of work for almost 4. While he was living in the hospital, I was student teaching to complete my masters degree. We had no income and blew through our savings quickly. 

  3 months before his hospital stay was our wedding day. We had just bought a new house and were ready to start our lives together. Now one year later, we are broke and waiting on starting a family. His medications a d treatments are very expensive even with insurance. I had to drop my medical insurance so we could afford his treatment. My college loan paymenys are past due and we are struggling to just pay utilities at this point. We both work bit it seems like we can't get our heads above water.
