reconstruction surgery for Howard

Howard served for 10 years in the military in Vietnam durring that war. Most of his medical and rebabilitation needs the V.A. finally covered, after 26 years of telling him there was no record of his service. Now that he is down to only 3 reconstructive urology surgeries left the V.A. now tells him they do not have the surgons on staff with the expertise to do the job/ also the need he has can not be done at this time because they are consintrating on urology cancer surgeries now. Howard up to today has waited for 9 years for this series of medical care to be done. His health will not allow any longer decades of waiting.

So his family [ wife Brenda and daughter Kimberly] have posted this site to try and raise the funds needed. Howards hope is to have the medical surgons interview by Thanks Giving and surgery by January of 2014.
