Her name is Natividad Nunez, 71 years old. Widow since 15 years ago. Her husband died to complications from diabetes. She lost everything trying to save husband's life but still he died. And left her huge amount of debts. Her children are uneducated. After 15years still unable to cope up with what happened. And on her upcoming birthday this November 15, I, Marina Valencia, grand daughter in law, wanted to surprise her by uttering/redeeming at least one of their land, specifically her rice mills. It is mortgaged to one of her relatives for 15 years now. She refused to sell the land cause that is.one of the things her late husband reminded her of. So I wanted to surprise her that still not late for her to.reclaim their land. It would mean so much to her to reclaim her rice mill once and for all.
