Rebranding Project

Wanderlust Boutique has been forced to cease and desist using the Wanderlust trade mark because the national company Wanderlust Festival & their studio WanderlustLive owns the trademark to WL yoga clothing and WL beauty products. We believe that we would lose in court not due to trademark infringement but due to customer confusion. We have been advised not to go to court and we assume that they are aware that we have no choice since we can not afford to go up against their team of lawyers and that the cost of completely rebranding our selves (sign, ads, logo, website, bags, stickers, advertising, EVERYTHING) will be hard for us to over come financially. My dad and I love Austin and we worked very hard to create a new concept and beautiful space for our community. We really need the communities support to be able to stay open through this process. If you haven't come by to see the space, please do as soon as possible. Even if it can't stay open we would love for it to live on in your memories. We understand that times are tough for everyone and we do not want anything for free. We are offering this avenue in case people would rather not come into the shop or shop on our online store.
