Real estate venture business

Hi,

My name is Maria I'm a working mom with one child and my husband. I'm looking to raise money to fund my deals faster to be able make the real estate business a full time and leave my job. We currently rent a small studio (to small for the three of us). After researching and doing my homework on what business can i get into. I decided that the real estate business will help my get to my goals faster, but of course I need money to start this venture. 

I will use the money to start my real estate business from part-time to full-time to buy distrest homes to fix and flip them. I will buy homes that are in need of rehabing in comunitys that need a face lift. To help improve the community's and not letting empty homes be destroyed by Vandalism. 

My goal is to buy as many homes I can each year to become financial free and spend more time with my family.
