Real estate Investing

I am looking to start a business doing real estate. Any Help is appreciated. I am a african american woman and  I have some investment properties, I plan to invest and fix the homes and sale them to people who are not tradionally elgible for a loan.  I have my own LLC and I plan to use it to start investing in Arizona and building a team of single mothers or single fathers.  I am in the need of some help.
