Reaching Out

My name is Melanie and I am the cousin of Jeffrey De Guzman. Our family would like to humbly knock on your hearts in hope that you will extend your kind donations in any amount you can for his medical treatment, combined with peripheral cost, such as essential homecare materials, dietary requirements and transportation for my cousin. I would like to ask for prayers as well. Jeffrey de Guzman is a Nurse and is suffering from stage 4 lung cancer and we need medical assistance for his chemotherapy and other medical expenses.
