Reach out and help us make Gian smile again

Gian Jespher Ildefonso is 27 years old and is currently suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V. He’s a fun-loving young man who loves making everyone smile yet this sickness is slowly depriving him of joy. He is a responsible son, supportive brother, an active member of the Christian church.

He has been diagnosed with SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) since 2006 and recurrently admitted to the hospital because of his medical condition. The family has been financially challenged since then.

He is tentatively scheduled for a kidney transplant on February 14, 2019 at the National Kidney Transplant Institute in Quezon City; and yes, it is on Valentine’s Day that his younger brother, Wendell, would serve as his kidney donor.

We’ve been earnestly praying for his health and we’ve included in our prayers people who will be a blessing to us, as well. We pooled our resources but we still need to come up with Php 1,500,000.00 to cover the expenses of his kidney transplant operation.
