Re-habbing homes for the needy

I have purchased and flipped homes and also created rental situations, but in this economy, I would like to give back and create short term house and apartment rentals for people who truly need a place to be safe and have a roof over their head for well below market rents.  These will not be forever situations just until they get that new job, or have saved enough to be able to get a home again.  This is not something I will make a profit on, just a community service.  Real estate has been a hobby for me and I truly enjoy it, this will allow me to do "good" with it.  Thank you to all you amazing people who will help me help others.  This will take place in Southwest Florida.
