Raz Kids!

Increasing reading literacy with Raz Kids!! Raz Kids is an educational website that provides a library of books. My 5th grade students come from very low-income households, therefore can't afford to purchase books. With Raz Kids they will be able to select books at their Guided Reading Level when we go to our weekly computer lab, when it's our turn to borrow the iPad cart (which is shared among the 3rd-5th), and from our classroom computer. As a teacher, the best part of Raz Kids is that at end of each reading, students build on their comprehension skills by taking a quiz. I've used this program before and absolutely love it, and my previous students have too! I can't wait to introduce Raz Kids to my current 5th grade class.
