I'm Sandy G. I'm knocking in your hearts for financial and medical support of my Aunt who is suffering from Thymoma, a rare cancer. Her current hospital bill is now 1.7 million pesos almost 38,000$. She was admitted in Intensive Care Unit since June 5,2018. She is now being supported by a mechanical ventilator thru her tracheostomy (A small hole was done in her neck and a small tube was inserted in order for her to breathe.) The doctor said she may now be discharge but still needs to be connected to her life support, the mechanical vent. The doctor said she may acquire new infection because of her low immune system if she stays longer in the hospital. Unfortunately, we don't have money to pay the professional fee and the hospital bill of my Aunt. This is the very reason why I signed up here. She badly wants to be home. That's her very humble request. As much as we wanted to grant her request, our money is not really enough. We hope you can help us grant my Aunt's request. The doctor said we need a Private Duty Nurse to look after her 24/7 at home. It will cost us, 4,500 pesos a day or 100$ per day. We admit, we cannot pay the nurses right away in that manner. Aside from this, we need to support her payments once she gets home: The Mechanical Ventilator which costs 36,000 a month, the oxygen tank which costs 8,000 per tank. We need atleast 3 to 5 tanks in our house per week since it is connected to the vent. We also need to buy a generator for some emergency cases if brown out strikes since the Vent Machine in operated via electricity. We really want our Aunt to be in our home. Our family is really in need of your help.

My Tita Lita was diagnosed of a rare cancer, Thymoma last January 2017. She underwent Chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She's been in and out of the hospital due to effects of chemotherapy namely vomiting, body weakness, loss of appetite and the like. Recently, she had her repeat CT scan with contrast. Sadly, the result was that the cancer cells already spread to her bones that caused her to be in so much pain. Then first week of June she had difficulty of breathing and was brought to Emergency Room. Upon Chest X-ray, they saw fluid in her lungs. Due to her continous difficulty of breathing, intubation was done that led her to be admitted in the Incentive Care Unit. Once you see my Aunt, you can see in her eyes that she's fighting and being strong for her family. We also ask for your prayers for her and our family. May God Bless us all. Thank you Lord.
