Rally for Our Blue!MH/WSP

Our names are: Danette Malerich and Mary Hanson. We are the Coordinators of the Blue Ribbon Campaign of Mendota Heights and West St. Paul, Minnesota.
After reading about the tragic stories and out right assassinations of Law Enforcement Officers around the country, we decided to join the efforts of showing our support for the Law Enforcement Officers in our cities.
We want the men and women of our police departments to know that we care, we believe in Blue and that we have their backs! We are doing this by having a Rally on October 25, 2015 at Mendakota Park in Mendota Heights, from 1 pm - 3 pm. to show our support, friendship and love for our Police Officers of Mendota Heights and West St. Paul.

We are raising money to help fund this rally. The money will go to pay for these items: Printing and advertising costs, Signs, Refreshments, Treats and the gift bags that we will be putting together for each of the officers. These gift bags will have gift cards and coupons from the local area businesses that will help the officers have some fun and relax or enjoy some "extras" by themselves or with their families or friends.
We will need the funds no later than the 15th of October. This will give us ample time to get everything ready for our big day.

Having this rally is so important because, the Women and Men of our two Police Departments mean so much to us. All of us! We cannot live safely without them. We owe each and every one of our LEO's our deep appreciation and gratitude for all they do and sacrifice for us in order to keep us and our communities safe.

Please donate whatever you can afford to donate.$1 - $5, $10, $15, $25 and up. It all goes to making this rally a success. Any monies over our goal amount will be divided between each department and donated to a program of their choice.
It's our way of saying, "THANK YOU!"
