Raising money for unborn children

My sister found out she was having a baby earlier this year and it was supposed to be due In a couple of months. Unfortunately the baby did not make it. My sister found out the baby may have had some development issues when she went for her scan to find out the gender. She found this very difficult to deal with as her and her partner were so looking forward to having a little baby! I want to raise money to help improve technology in order to discover issues sooner and be able to pinpoint the issue. The baby also had a hole in its heart, so I would also be sending half the proceeds to a heart charity.
