Raising money for school fees

Hi My name is Ben and I am 18 years old I come from South Africa ,growing has been tough and I and my parents had to struggle to pay my school fees since the first grade I currently finished highschool in A Government School with a pass but my parents can not afford to take me to a University. It was always my dream to take care of my parents as a child but am watching that dream being shattered into pieces. I found a job as a cleaner at a hotel ,this money $100 is the one I use to buy food at home. The pension my father gets is for the house rent and water bills. My wish right now is to enter into a university, am asking for help for I don't know what to do.I have chosen the medical field because of my little brother who almost died from an asthma attack.
