Fam & Friends,

First of all I would like to thank-you for taking the time out of your hectic schedules to give my lil ol' site a peek and see what all this is about. Chron's is a disease that effects approximately 1.4 Million Americans and many others that don't confront the disease due to embarassment and possible alienation. I personally don't have the disease but I have family and friends that do and I can see the struggle they go thru trying to live "normal" lives. I'm running not only for my personal fitness, but to find a cure for these suffering people. I know that everyone is asking for money these days for some cause, but I truely believe if we work hard enough, we CAN cure this and make this disease a thing of the past. Any tax-deductible donation that you can make is very gratefully appreciated. Also, some companies will match your donation so don't forget to ask! If you have or know someone that has this disease, please let me know their name so I can put it on my running shirt.
