Raising money for house repair

Hello,Please help me to repair my house. This will include:

• -Ground floor repair. Include garage, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and stairs. Ground floor is in very bed condition and it needs full repair.
• -Fence and fence portal. The fence is in bed condition and needs to be repair.
• -Heating system (building central pellet heating systems) Currently we are worming the house mostly with electric convectors which is not effective and expensive.
• -Backup water supply from the draw-well. There is draw-well in the yard and I would like to put water pump to supply the house with additional water source.

House story.

We are family of five. Me, my brother and our parents and the cat :). We are from Sofia, Bulgaria. We have one apartment in the center of the city where me and the parents were living until last year. My brother is bigger than me. He is 43 years old. He got married before 15 years and have two children, boy 14 and girl 12 years old. Unfortunately my brother do not have good education and stable job and also he has problem with alcohol. In short: They got divorced. We could not count on financial help from him. Me and our parents are helping for rising their children. Recently Dad and Mom become pensioner. Their pension is 130 USD for each. Sad but this is Bulgarian reality. Of course they could not live with that money.

The solution:

We made mortgage of the apartment for 98 000 USD. With the money we both house in the village near the city. Me and my parents went to live there and give the apartment for rent. With the rent tax I assure income for the parents and I am paying the mortgage tax from my salary. The mortgage credit is for 30 years.

About the house:

We have fallen in love with the house from the very first look. It is cute house with nice surrounding nature. With child park and garden with spring water fountain on the other side of the street.

It is three floors house with 600 square meters yard. Second and third floors are good for living and the ground floor need repair. The house also has two big terraces. We are living here from one year. For the time being here we have repaired the roof, the terraces and made new kitchen. Unfortunately the money have ended and I have difficulties to finish the house repair.

Future plans:

Currently I am not married but this is going to be changed in the near future. The plans are me, my future wife and our future children to live on the 3th flor and my parents on the ground floor. The 2th floor are the kitchen and the living room.

Please help me to repair our house and provide for my family good place for living.
