Raising Legal Fees for a Man with 3 children

My Brother has been falsely accused of a crime by a family member that has severe mental issues and refuses to take her medication. He was shipped to the Cook County Jail on a 30 day hold until the State’s Attorney decide if they want to take this matter to trial.

He is a hard working individual with three children and he needs to get home to take care of. My brother is a loving and cheerful person that doesn’t deserve to be treated in such a manner. He has never been in trouble or been arrested all his life.

Our entire family is definitely standing behind his innocence and we need some assistance with retaining a lawyer. The fee for a lawyer is $15,000 and the retainer is $7500.
