Raising Funds for Study – ‘Secondary Maths PGCE’

Having practiced as an Economics lecturer overseas, I recently migrated to the UK. I have great passion to become a maths teacher at a secondary school in the UK and for this I need to complete PGCE in Maths. I have chosen this route as there is great shortage of maths teachers in the UK and in the light of my experience, personal qualities and skills I can safely claim that I have all the pre-requisites to become a successful Maths teacher given the opportunity. A PGCE degree costs 10,000 for one year study programme. Unfortunately I cannot afford to fund the study myself, and therefore I am trying to raise the fee.
