Raising funds for musical cause

Hello everyone!!

My name is Mark and I would like to present to you my idea . since I was little, I really liked all kinds of music. I like to listen to many good bands and individuals (mostly on youtube and local band shows) and many bands are really good at what they do - music obviously. I talked to alot of band members of various bands. I asked many questions more or less why I never heard of them beforehand. And many answered: " Because we don't have money for a good studio recording, we have allmost no marketing on the scene etc.". So I started thinking:"How can I make more people enjoy this music that I liked the first time I heard it?" Then some day an Idea popped up in my mind. "Why dont you start your own recording studio and marketing for helping local and international little bands?? ". Then I started developing my idea on paper and when finally i had it all planned out I hit a wall..

. First I put together the basic needs for the idea. Those are:

1. A recording studio
2. The making of marketing material (band logos, CDs, shirts etc.)
3. Estamblishing contacts for band promotion

These 3 are the core.

Let me explain a little further.

The second need band merchandise is not a problem. I contacted businesses and got quite a cooperation. I contacted the local clubs and got quite a good response there too. And then there is the first and biggest problem of them all... The recording studio.

I am also making music - for fun mostly and so I learned to use all the software programs and the basic studio equipment (mixers etc.).

The problem arises when you try to put together a general good studio where you can record an entire band. Then I began calculating various equipment prices and in the cheapest version the complete studio constructed in the professional way would cost too mutch for my current paycheck(this includes the renewal of t he building where the studio would be).

So I am apealling to you in hope that we all together can contribute to the musical community and we all can enjoy good music made with reasonable cash that will help us in our daily relaxing, driving etc.
