Raising Funds for Ms Anna Ng

Hello! For those of you who know me, you may also know Ms Anna Ng. Students from her previous school might know her as the "Mom's Cooking" auntie.

Recently, she was diagnosed with stage 1C ovarian cancer, and her story was covered in the Straits Times in a video and written article in a series that documents the struggles of low income households as a result of inflation in Singapore.

As the main breadwinner in her household, she works very hard in order to support herself and her family. I would often see her still working to clean up her stall in the evening, even after the other store owners had gone home. I am deeply grateful for her hard work and her cheerful disposition.

Recently, I've had a few chances to catch up with her. Knowing about this situation made me feel that I should try to help her, so I decided to set up this fundraiser in order to help her offset her cost of treatment. If you would also like to help Ms Ng, do consider donating any amount you are comfortable with. It's the thought that counts after all.
