Campaign Story
Hello! I am Eisa Mendoza and auntie of a very sweet and cute eight-month-old Lucas Eirix Mendoza-Robielos. My nephew got an accident and his thigh bone has been broken and he needs to undergo bone casting. He is really in pain and cries a lot.
We had him examined and checked by a doctor and the medical expenses would cause around 100 thousand pesos or 2000 US dollars. I am the breadwinner of the family and working as a content manager. My younger sister, who is the mother of Lucas has been recently having her training from her work as cashier of a supermarket and today was her second day. While his father is still searching for jobs and waiting for calls from the companies where he had passed his resumes. At this point, the couple is not capable of supporting Lucas' medical expenses. The hospital where he is admitted is the most convenient one since it is not safe for Lucas to get exposed to so many people in Manila in the middle of COVID-19. We could get low medical expenses in Manila but we don't want to risk Lucas' safety and health.
The salary I earned a month is just adequate to sustain our daily living and basic necessities. It is also limited since it's still a time of community quarantine. I had served as an IT high school teacher from a private school for five years. In return to your generosity and help, I can offer to teach IT, computer technology, and programming. At present, I am a content manager (on my first year and seventh month working) and also help you with content, researching, and proofreading documents.
On behalf of my sister Eina and brother-in-law Brix, Lucas' parents, I am knocking on your hearts know matter how small or big your help would be, it will help baby Lucas a lot and so much to ease the pain he's having.
I would like to thank you for having a time reading this, sharing this with others, and also asking a prayer to baby Lucas' recovery. Thank you so much! May the blessings and help you'll be sharing and shared will come to abundantly back and effort! Mabuhay kayo at maraming maraming salamat!
