Raising funds for dad’s medical expenses

Hi, I am a 17 year old student living in Singapore. I live together with my parents and one brother. My dad started experiencing heart problems when i was 12 years old. He's had a heart attack and is diabetic. Because of his on-going battle with heart problems and diabetes, he is still on medication and visits the hospital regularly. In the recent years, my parents are having a hard time paying the huge sum of medical bills. My dad doesn't earn much and my mom is a full-time housewife. I am still a student (studying Pharmaceutical Science) and as i am being very busy, i can only work during the holidays, if i am not bombarded with tons of assignments. I would really be grateful if you could help me raise some money to pay for my dad's medical bills, even as little as $1 :)
