Raising Fund to Purchase A PW-800AX Dual Function Power Wheelchair

I am a normal Singaporean Christian who aspiration is to serve God and the community. However I had a fall and rolled down a spiral staircase in 2011 while helping my pastor to look for a meeting room for a church service. In 2013 I had 3 operations because my spine is crushing on my nerves. The doctors managed to stop the situation from deteriorating but I was not able to move around as before.

I had C2-C6 with T2-T3 laminectomy decompression on 4th Sept 2013 and L4-L5 with S1 posterior spinal instrumentation on 29 Oct 2013. I suffered a infection after that and have to reopen my healed wound to do cleansing. I went through 10 months of rehabilitation and now I am able to walk with a single elbow crutch. It is nothing short of a miracle from God.

However, I am still unable to travel far with my crutch and even on my wheelchair currently. I am still not able to freely move around as public transport is inaccessible for me. I go about in cars and taxi if unavailable. Even for a short distance is still hard for me.

I need the PW-800AX Dual Function Power Wheelchair so that I can wheel myself to places nearby to be able to help in chores and simple purchasing of groceries. I am also hoping to be able to get a job nearby. Therefore this Power Wheelchair is a vital need. I have not been working for 5-6 years due to my condition and I really need the financial help.

This fund raising is on till 24 Nov 2017 and it's my birthday. Hope I can give to myself something that will be so needed with all your help.
