Raising fund for my brother and sister’s Hemodialysis and Medications.

My name is kate, 7 years ago our father passed away after 7 years of hemodialysis battling Chronic Kidney Disease. Unfortunately, after almost 5 years my brother suffered from the same case (CKD) and admitted in the hospital for almost 3 months (ICU) for almost a month. Because it was too late already to have a kidney transplant. He developed sepsis all his organs were affected hence he lost the battle and joined His creator on February 2017. It left us with a huge amount of hospital bill which reaches approximately to 2-3Million pesos, since we do not already enough funds we have to sell our house and lot which is the only inheritance left from our father.

March of the same year (2017), his twin brother PHILIP was diagnosed also with CKD and had an emergency dialysis. From then on (until now) my brother philip is on continued dialysis for 2x/week and on maintenance medications, laboratories and check ups.

To Start a New Life, My sister Charis, who is an OFW and our sole bread winner (Nurse In Singapore) applied for a housing loan for us to have a new home. October of the same year 2017, my sister was also started on Peritoneal dialysis and is advised to have a kidney transplant. She has to go back to the Philippines because transplant here is much more cheaper compared in singapore, and since her company will only cover a certain amount of the bill if she will do her transplant in SG.

Kidney transplant was done successfully last October 22,2018 after almost a year of searching for the suitable donor.

We are humbly asking your kind hearts, for your prayers and help to sustain the hemodialysis of my brother, his medications and laboratories, as well as the maintenace medications of my sister, her anti-rejection medications, weekly check ups and laboratories also,while she is still recuperating and finally can go back to Singapore again to continue to work.
