Zhinlie, a 10 year old lovely and bright vibe to our family was diagnosed with 'Aplastic Anemia' in the early months of 2019. Unexplained bruises on her body led to the early detection of her condition and multiple options for her medication were discussed at the early stages. It's been a year now since she started her treatment, and thankfully, her progress is positively unfolding!! This also means that she managed to skip some complicated and painful treatment options that were projected before!! Unending blood transfusions, varied tablets to take, regular hospital stay & visits, and travel from hometown to city are just a few of the things in her to-do list as a 10 year old girl. She is indeed a tough igorota as she still manages to balance her medical needs with her school requirements! She shines the brightest when she does what she loves, learning! Raising funds for her medication(chemo)and hospital visits is our priority as we continue to pray for her near recovery. Hopeful that this will be the last time we'll knock for your help, we pray the next time we meet, it will of celebration for her good health Aplastic Anemia is a rare case that can occur at any age, but let us prove that helping one another is NOT RARE and love occurs in everyone's heart despite this pandemic.
