Raising for Supun's kidney transplant

Supun is in need of a kidney transplant. Doctors have claimed that he needs to be strong physically and health wise to have a successful transplant. Its almost close to 2 years battling with his life with such pain. His parents, relatives and close family friends have helped throughout financially. Until now it is not enough for the future expenses in his medical bills. We hereby ask help from the general public to contribute to our fundraiser in any way possible to save his life.
