Raising Bianka

Our daughter Bianka has become a victim of the canadian custody system. When my ex and I separated, she instantly ran to welfare, and the family courts to ensure she was getting some child support. This part doesn't bother me, I'm a good dad who wants to provide for my child, so I pay it. I get nothing in return, my daughters mother fights me every step. To visit her is almost impossible. My wife and I have been together since my daughter was a year and a half old. She's 8 now. We live in a nice country home, that we own, we have pets, farm animals, a yard, and all the love in the world to give her. But instead the courts gave custody to her mother. Her mother is Someone who leaves her at my drunk fathers house every weekend, so she can go out drinking and finding new men to bring home to my child. Doesn't get her to school on time ever! And lost custody of her eldest daughter to her own step dad, that's how bad of a mother she is.  Of course everything in the court comes down to how much you can afford. We are a young family working hard, have a baby of our own on the way. We would spend millions if we had it to save my daughter from being raised by her mother. But we simply don't. Our wish is that she can live with a mom that wants to bake cookies with her. Or help her with her homework, not with a mother who only knows how to find the next guy to pay her bills for her.  My child deserves better, I am just disturbed that because I work I have to pay for legal representation. Where as she gets to jump from one guy to the next while on welfare, and they represent her for free.  My wife and I want nothing more than to provide my daughter the chance to live stress free and feeling loved. Something her mother doesn't give her.  We need money for a private investigator, someone to follow her, to prove she is a Negligent mother. And another to watch my daughter, to prove that her mom leaves her in with negligent people.    If anyone knows anything, the family court is unpredictable, long process. We don't know how much money we need, we don't even need money, if you are a lawyer or PI, or other official that could help, please, help. The mother and child are in or near the Sudbury District. Ontario, Canada.  Any extra money raised will go into a bank account to ensure Bianka not only finishes High school (which is more than her mom) and goes to what ever college her heart and career chooses. No limits. we want her to know you can be anything you want to be if you work hard and always strive to be better. Not settle. Her mom has settled nicely into using welfare and child support and other young dumb men to pay her way through life.
