Raise Money for a Jaw procedure after trauma so I can Chew, Talk, swollow and sleep without severe pain.

After severe trauma to my jaw several years ago I have been unable to chew, talk, swallow or sleep with out severe pain. I have been diagnosed with TMD also called TMJ. I have had CT scans, tried orthodontics, several specialists including Ear Nose Throat Specialist, and seen two surgeons. I am unable to undergo surgery due to bone density issues, a blood clotting disorder and a neurological condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. I want to see an Occlusion Specialist who has had a great deal of experience and success with the complex nature of my trauma.
