Rady’s Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery

Hi everyone! My name is Patricia Santos and I am doing this campaign for my beloved father, Radimir Cueto Santos (53 years old).

He is a wonderful husband to my mom and a very loving father to me and my siblings. He is a personal driver for a living.

He has been complaining about his difficulty in breathing specially after a heavy meal. Without our knowledge, he was already experiencing series of heart attacks that caused his heart to be damaged.

Recently, he was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome non-st-elevation myocardial infractionrequiring him to undergo heart bypass surgery as soon as possible.

Racing against time and with the costly amount needed for the required surgery, we, his family, relatives and friends are doing our best to raise $10,000(500,000 pesos) as soon as possible. Right now, our funds are depleted so we are asking your kind hearts to help us defray the cost of my dad’s surgery, in any way possible.
